Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines activity that is not allowed on Velra or in applications generated with Velra-hosted infrastructure.

Last updated June 1, 2026.

Abuse and unlawful use

Do not use Velra to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, phish, spam, scrape without authorization, evade access controls, or attack networks, systems, or accounts.

Do not attempt to extract secrets, abuse model providers, mine cryptocurrency, run denial-of-service workloads, or use generated previews as general-purpose hosting for unrelated workloads.

High-risk use

Do not use Velra output as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, employment, housing, credit, or insurance decisions without qualified human review and any required compliance controls.

Do not upload data you are not authorized to process or data requiring special handling unless Velra has agreed in writing to support that use.

Content and customer data

You are responsible for content you submit and applications you publish. Generated applications must include appropriate user notices, permissions, and security review before handling real customer data.

Velra may throttle, suspend, remove, or refuse workloads that create legal, security, infrastructure, or reputational risk.
