This policy explains what Velra collects and how it is used to run the app-building service.
Last updated June 1, 2026.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your email address and authentication identifiers from Clerk, billing identifiers and subscription status from Stripe, and operational data needed to run Velra.
When you use Velra, we process prompts, uploaded files, generated code, build logs, preview metadata, cost logs, and deployment settings so the service can build and operate your projects.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide the product, meter usage, enforce quotas, process payments, debug failures, protect against abuse, and improve reliability.
We may use aggregated operational metrics to understand product health and capacity, but we do not sell personal information.
Processors
Velra relies on service providers including Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, AI model providers for generation, hosting providers for application delivery, and infrastructure providers for storage, logs, and monitoring.
Generated applications may connect to third-party services that you configure, such as Vercel, Supabase, GitHub, or Stripe. Those services process data under their own terms.
Retention and deletion
We retain account, project, build, billing, and operational records while needed to provide Velra, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the service.
When an account is deleted, Velra attempts to remove the user workspace and app registry rows. Some billing, security, and cost records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some requests may require identity verification.
You are responsible for avoiding sensitive personal data in prompts or generated applications unless your plan and agreements with Velra explicitly support that use.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@velra.dev.
