Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Velra, including beta access, generated applications, previews, and paid subscriptions.
Last updated June 1, 2026.
Use of Velra
You may use Velra to generate, edit, preview, and deploy software applications. You are responsible for the prompts, files, data, and instructions you provide, and for reviewing generated output before sharing it with others.
You must keep your account credentials secure and may not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, billing checks, workspace isolation, or other safety controls.
Generated applications
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Velra assigns to you the rights it has in application code generated for your account. Generated output can include third-party open source dependencies governed by their own licenses.
Velra does not guarantee that generated applications are error-free, secure, compliant with every law, or suitable for regulated use without human review.
Subscriptions and usage limits
Paid plans renew until canceled. Plan limits can include daily AI spend caps, disk quotas, rate limits, preview limits, and deployment limits. We may enforce those limits to protect the service and other customers.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for the plan you select. Failed payments can result in downgrade, suspension, or read-only access until billing is resolved.
Availability and changes
Velra may change features, limits, supported integrations, model providers, and infrastructure as the product evolves. Beta features may be unstable or discontinued.
We may suspend access when needed to protect Velra, other users, infrastructure providers, or legal obligations.
Liability
Velra is provided as-is to the maximum extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for claims relating to Velra is limited to the amount you paid Velra in the three months before the claim.
